The Perfect Spring Wedding Theme

Have you ever thought about having your wedding inspired in a movie? A storybook? A season? Well, I have the perfect one that can accomplish all three of them… Alice in Wonderland! Yes, I did spoke recently about wonderland, but in a romantic fairytale kind of way (read here). Now… when it involves Alice is more artistic, unique and amusing.

This theme is the faultless combination between the spring season with all its colors and the vintage trends. The beauty of it is that it’s never-ending in terms of creativity and décor. You can go all out and make it relaxing and really fun. Great for an outdoor scenario or an indoor venue as well.  A pastel color palette is a must but, you should certainly add bright colors to make it pop. Other things that can help you take it further are: mismatch chairs, victorian furniture, birdcages and tons of flowers. Which is a plus factor during spring being that there are a huge variety of gorgeous flowers available and for less money. Shopping in an antique store or verifying in your grandmother’s curio is ideal. Add intricate linen, detailed napkins and even unequal china. As for the beverage and food, drinks can be serve to look like magic poisons and desserts can be display in bite size with signs that read “Eat me”. You can have macaroons, truffles and an assortment of cupcakes as the wedding cake. Elements like the clock, tea cups and the Mad hat are an excellent addition for a photo booth during the party.
