How to choose the perfect shoes for your wedding

Let’s face it, chances are you’re already crazy about shoes, but even if you are not, selecting your wedding shoes is a one in a lifetime experience. However, there are a few details you should take into consideration before making any purchase.

First of all, buy the dress!  Do not buy the shoes without knowing the style and length of the dress. Once you have completed that step, begin the wedding shoe adventure taking into consideration this few tips:

• Determine the style:  This includes a number of details.
  • Shape and form: choose between wearing a sandal, peep toe, pump, flats, etc.
  • Color- decide weather you want to wear classic white, sparkly or colored shoes.
  • Type and height of the heel- make sure you pick a pair that is according to the length of your dress and comfortable
• Comfort is Key: Remember you will wear your shoes for a long period of time and you want to make sure they don’t only look good, but you feel good with them.  It may be the most amazing pair of shoes, but if your feet hurt, you’ll end up uncomfortable and miserable.
  • I recommend buying them with enough time so you can walk around your house for a few days, so they can accommodate to your feet and you are sure they are comfortable enough to stand, walk and dance with them.
